A message from our Founder & President:

Hi — I’m Samantha “Sam” Healy, founder of Delphoria Systems, LLC and President of Delphoria Legal Intelligence. I grew up in an Irish Catholic family of six in the DC area and now hail from the City of Brotherly Love (Philly).

After passing the Maryland bar, I began my career in the eDiscovery industry as a project manager in Charlotte, North Carolina. What started as an interest in legal technology quickly became a career spent at the intersection of law, data, operations, and innovation.

Over the last two decades, I’ve worked across the legal technology ecosystem — from high-volume vendor operations to enterprise engineering initiatives inside Apple Legal Operations, modernization efforts supporting the Department of Justice, and workflow and vendor strategy within AmLaw50 environments handling nationally significant matters.


That experience gave me an inside-out understanding of how legal technology succeeds, where it breaks under pressure, and how rapidly changing tools can impact cost, collaboration, defensibility, and access to justice.

I founded Delphoria because I believe legal technology should empower people, not overwhelm them.

Too often, organizations are navigating increasingly complex systems, cloud platforms, AI tools, pricing models, and vendor relationships without clear guidance on how those decisions affect risk, workflow integrity, or long-term cost. Delphoria was built to provide practical, vendor-neutral support grounded in transparency, defensibility, and human-centered problem solving.
